Effective October 3, 2026

The St. Olaf Ministry Hub supports authorized ministry planning and administration for St. Olaf Catholic Church. By using the Hub, you agree to use it for approved ministry purposes and to follow these terms and parish instructions.

Accounts and permitted access

Use your own approved account and keep your sign-in secure. View and update only information your role permits. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, or use another person’s account. Shared check-in use must follow the Hub’s designated check-in process and coordinator instructions.

Care for ministry information

Enter accurate information, correct errors when found, and respect the confidentiality of youth, families, and team members. Upload or share only materials you are authorized to use. Do not copy or disclose ministry information outside its approved purpose.

Assignments and communications

Keep task status and completion information current. A saved Hub update records information in the Hub; it does not by itself send or schedule a Flocknote message, collect a payment, or complete an action in another service.

When assignment notifications are enabled, they supplement the Hub’s task records. Delivery may be delayed or fail, so users should continue to check their assignments. Automatic assignment emails and reminders are not yet enabled.

Connected services

Only an authorized administrator may connect the shared Gmail sending account. Google, Flocknote, and other external services have their own terms and privacy practices. The Hub’s email connection is for ministry assignment notices and reminders, not general marketing or unrelated messaging. Availability and changes

The Hub may change or be temporarily unavailable. Report problems to the ministry office and use an appropriate alternative for time-sensitive work. The Hub is not an emergency communication service. Access may be restricted or removed when a ministry role changes or use conflicts with parish instructions.
