About the Hub
The St. Olaf Ministry Hub is the planning and coordination workspace for St. Olaf Catholic Church’s youth and related ministries.
Approved ministry team members use the Hub to see their assignments, update progress, prepare sessions and events, track attendance, and organize ministry resources. Access to ministry records depends on each person’s approved role.
Communication and email
The Hub tracks communication assignments and their status. Flocknote remains the separate service used for ministry messages and signups.
The Hub’s notification email connection allows an authorized administrator to connect the shared Gmail sender, youthministryhub2911@gmail.com. Its intended purpose is to send assignment notices and due-date reminders to assigned Hub users. It requests permission to send email and verify the sender’s email identity; it does not request access to read the Gmail inbox.
Assignment notification delivery is not yet enabled. Connecting the sending account alone does not turn on notifications.
